The ownership of c-wert Projektentwicklungs GmbH has undergone a complex series of transactions. In 2014, the company was purchased by Sarepo GmbH, which is itself owned by WLT Enterprises s.r.a of Slovakia. WLT Enterprises was effectively controlled by Mr. Wurmbrand, who was financed through loans around 9.5M (with 1.5% interest payable 2050!) from Mrs. Lambrecht. www.c-wert.at
Introduction/Summary
After a year of arduous and complex negotiations, I, Peter Huber, successfully facilitated a comprehensive Settlement Agreement and General Release between Helmwig Wurmbrand-Stuppach and Patricia Lambrecht in January 2020, following the dissolution of their relationship. This resolution was achieved after her legal counsel, was unable to resolve their disagreements (e.g. Memorandum, 2018; Claim Lambrecht-WLT, 2018). As part of this settlement, the C-Wert shares worth 12M (Appraisal, Page 25) were transferred to Mrs. Lambrecht in March 2020. Despite my extensive, year long efforts, she and her attorneys are now employing various legal maneuvers (detailed below) to avoid fulfilling the agreed-upon payment to me (Offer/Contract April 30th, 2019).
Although I was contacted almost daily for a year, often multiple times a day, by Mrs. Lambrecht and/or her lawyers to provide mediation services such as contract negotiations - which were no longer even part of my responsibilities - I heard nothing from either of them from the moment Ms. Lambrecht got what she wanted, despite my repeated reminders regarding my payment.
It was only after I filed the first lawsuits that Dr. Winkler falsely claimed in his statement that no contract had ever been established with me and that my involvement was even unwanted. (For "Unwanted Involvement", see numerous emails all the way down below, from November 2019 to April 2020!) In March 2025, I filed a criminal complaint against Dr. Winkler and Mag. Fikulovic for false testimony and suspected fraud.
At no point was I ever explicitly told that I had no contract until after the signing of the Settlement Agreement and the transfer contract for the company shares worth $12 million. They were fully aware that I would have immediately ceased my activities had I been informed of this earlier. Likewise, Mr. Wurmbrand, as in 2018, would certainly not have negotiated with Lambrecht’s lawyers. (Memorandum, 2018). Absent my efforts, they would not have reached a settlement!
I was deliberately deceived in the worst possible way, and far more than 1,000 hours of my services were exploited—always with the clear intention of not paying me!
Project Timeline and Key Events

2012: Mr. Wurmbrand Stuppach meets the widow Mrs. Patricia Lambrecht at a wedding in Vienna, AUSTRIA. He will become her new assistant very soon.
October 2013: I get to know Mrs. Lambrecht in Stuart, Florida in her 12 million Ocean Front property. In 2016 she practically gave the Palace away for 8,000,000, taking a 4,000,000 hit just to be free of it.
2015: Ms. Lambrecht wants to 'diversify her generous fortune broader' (that's a quote from Dr. Winkler's brief), which is around $800 million from her late husband's inheritance. She's transferring 9.5 million euros in loans, split into four parts, to a Slovak company called WLT - Enterprises s.r.l., which is controlled by Mr. Wurmbrand. These loans have a 1.5% interest rate and are due in 2050.
2014-2018: the Dittersdorfgasse 8, 1170 Vienna project (conversion of an old factory into lofts) was carried out: www.c-wert.at
Spring 2018: Ms. Lambrecht turns away from Mr. Wurmbrand. She withdraws his credit cards and "fires" him. The typical relationship arises after a separation, a war of the roses, so to speak. Ms. Lambrecht also terminates the loans, which Mr. Wurmbrand rejects to pay back, because of the finality in 2050 and an interest of 1.5% p.a..
June 2018: Lambrecht starts seeking help from Lawyers and finds DLA Piper Vienna, Dr. Oscar Winkler with Assistent Daniel Ficulovic after recomandation from Kevin Lamb, Associate Jones Foster.
October 15th, 2018: Meeting in the office with Dr. Winkler and Mag. Stuppach: Memorandum Secret document, (not with me yet at that time). In summary, Mr. Wurmbrand offers a reduction of the 2050 term to 10 years for a payment of one million Euros but there is no agreement reached. The Appartement 15 transfer was also revused.
January 2019: Dr. Winkler initiated a lawsuit against WLT-Enterprises, Sarepo GmbH and c-Wert GmbH, concerning the proper jurisdiction for invoicing and the determination of claims against C-Wert and others.

14th February, 2019: At my annual Valentine's Day greetings, Ms. Lambrecht requested my presence in Palm Beach, Florida to seek my counsel regarding her interactions with Mr. Wurmbrand. I subsequently offered to assist her, suggesting a generous donation to my peace charity (www.wpo.help) as consideration. At that time, I was unaware of her propensity for extreme frugality, a trait that was obscured by the perception of her substantial wealth. Ms. Lambrecht expressed considerable enthusiasm, repeatedly referring to me as her 'saving angel,' and extended numerous invitations to her residence, social gatherings, and concerts over the following weeks.
on March 9th , 2019 during an long and extensive meeting at her residence in Palm Beach, I presented Ms. Lambrecht with a detailed plan to recover her funds significantly earlier than the projected year 2050. This was particularly relevant given that her lawyer's efforts had been unsuccessful since 2018. A key element of my strategy involved not only getting paid for my efforts but also a 20% donation to my charity, as well as collecting debtor fees at the rate of 8%, as permitted due to my valid collection license. At the time, Ms. Lambrecht was highly enthusiastic about this approach. However, as I later understood, she changed her mind (as usual) and offered to pay me instead of 20%, only 5% from her side, along with some other bonuses and promises, as mentioned earlier. During our discussion, I also mentioned possessing documents related to Mr. Wurmbrand, containing comprehensive financial details about his project funded by Ms. Lambrecht’s money, as well as information concerning property he may have purchased with those funds in Greece and Slovakia. In response, she inquired about the whereabouts of these “secret documents” against Mr. Wurmbrand, expressing a desire to have access to them in case something happened to me, especially given my serious health condition at the time. When I later shared this peculiar remark with Dr. Winkler, he too was taken aback by it.
March 12, 2019 She also pledged to provide me with one of her three boat slips at Sovereign Harbour Marina on PGA Boulevard, West Palm Beach, as a non-refundable advance payment. (Boat Slip)
March 13, 2019 In a conference call with Dr. Winkler Mrs Lambrecht confirms that I can complete the construction project (Transcript: "...Peter can finish it"...), if I actually manage to transfer the company to her.

April 2019: All documents necessary for my work—including the claim documents, preceding contracts, and Helmwig’s “Black Credit Card” statements, which were paid over the past six years by Ms. Lambrecht—were handed over to me to facilitate the recovery process.

May 13, 2019. 16.52: Gmail: Less than an hour after I accepted, I received all the necessary documents to proceed with having Mr. Wurmbrand sign a Power of Attorney for the transfer of the "Top 15" appartment.
Over the coming weeks, I will thoroughly review the case and commence efforts to engage with Mr. Wurmbrand and the managing directors of c-Wert-projektenwicklugsgmbH, the recipients of the 9,500,000 Euro loans and the 1,200,000 Euro purchase payment for apartment 15.
On May 20, 2019, I issued a debt collection reminder to Mr. Wurmbrand for 940,800 Euros on behalf of c-Wert-ProjektentwicklungsgmbH, adhering to the Austrian Collection Ordinance. This action initially caused Mr. Wurmbrand to experience shock, annoyance, and irritation. However, following extensive discussions, he ultimately agreed to transfer the c-Wert company to Ms. Lambrecht as part of a comprehensive and complete Settlement Agreement and General Release.
On May 23, 2019, I flew back to Vienna, Austria.
On May 31, 2019, Mr. Wurmbrand signed the Power of Attorney and Ranking Order. However, he committed me to handing over these documents only within the context of a comprehensive settlement and in accordance with the terms negotiated in the next few weeks. The notary's secretary offered to send both the bill and the documents to Dr. Winkler. However, she was explicitly forbidden from sending the documents though the bill was to be sent.

These document numbers would later become significant when a Fraudulent Version of the Power of Attorney surfaced at Mrs. Lamprechts doorstep in Florida in the summer of 2020.
May 31, 2019 11.08pm: Lambrecht's Happiness: Lambrecht Text messages: "Omg!!!!! 💕💗😘🕺🕺🌴🌴🍷🍷🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈, Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me. I will try to come in July to Vienna to meet with you, ..."
The enthusiasm expressed by Ms. Lambrecht regarding my progress was substantial. We reaffirmed again the offer previously made by Dr. Winkler on April 30th, and Ms. Lambrecht confirmed that I would receive an additional 5% share from the sale of the apartments upon successful completion of the project, supplementing my 5% remuneration for the collection activity. Furthermore, she reiterated her offer of a boat slip at Sovereign Harbour Marina (as previously evidenced) and, as a bonus, offered again the unused Tesla X in her garage as an incentive for success. With this enhanced earning potential, I agreed again to the base 5% commission. Additionally, Ms. Lambrecht was also keen for me to collect the debtor fees (8% = €940.800) from her debtors, specifically WLT, Sarepo, and c-Wert. (Reference: c-Wert Claim 2022, Draft COMPLAINT FOR DAMAGES DUE TO FAILURE TO TESTIFY, FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION, AND TORTIOUS INTERFERENCE WITH JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS)
June 2019: I requested Dr. Winkler to draft the necessary contracts for the company handover and, most importantly, the general settlement agreement, which Mr. Wurmbrand had approved in principle. At this point, my debt collection work was essentially completed, and my fee was due.
Ms. Lambrecht made two down payments totaling €4,900 and $10.000.- but subsequent payments were delayed with various excuses, including:
1. Payment would be made from her Slovak account upon her arrival.
2. She allegedly planned to attend the July 4th, 2019 trial in Austria but later cited her annual family reunion in Chicago as a conflict.
3. Numerous emails (eight in total) followed, full of varying explanations and promises.

October 06th, 2019: I organized an Appraisal for the apartment building property with a reputable, international surveying company. Despite initial reluctance, Ms. Lambrecht eventually paid the $3,300 appraisal fee late in December 2019. The report valued the buildings at $12.5 million.

November 14th, 2019: Meeting in Wells FargoBank, Palm Beach: Following my return to the USA, I met Ms. Lambrecht and her financial advisor, Scott Purelli, for a formal two-hour meeting at the Palm Beach Wells Fargo bank. (Transcript, sound file) I outlined the property’s status, referencing the appraisal report, and discussed the planned construction of additional residential units at Dittersdorfgasse 6. Ms. Lambrecht confirmed that after acquiring c-Wert from Mr. Wurmbrand, I would manage the new building project. Regarding my commission for securing the Power of Attorney for apartment 15, I reiterated the importance of finalizing the settlement agreement. Dr. Winkler was tasked with drafting the necessary documents, including a "Double Floor" Austrian LLC structure—though I had reservations about its legality for U.S. citizens owning Austrian land. January 22-30, 2020 Signing of the Settlement Agreement and General Release: Following several weeks of arduous negotiations, Mr. Wurmbrand executed two copies of the settlement agreement and general release in my Vienna office, in the presence of two employees. These copies were dispatched via UPS to my location in Florida on the same day. Upon receipt, I delivered the documents to Ms. Lambrecht, who subsequently returned them to me, notarized, at Port Salerno, Florida. I then forwarded the notarized copy to Mr. Wurmbrand in Vienna, while retaining the other original. It was mutually agreed that Ms. Lambrecht would refrain from initiating any further legal action, specifically against Mr. Wurmbrand. All matters were to be considered fully resolved, including Mr. Wurmbrand’s continued ownership of Apartment 15 in Vienna. Notwithstanding the terms of the settlement and her demonstrated inclination to misrepresent facts, Ms. Lambrecht commenced criminal legal action against Mr. Wurmbrand. Said action was ultimately unsuccessful, resulting in Mr. Wurmbrand incurring significant legal fees.

March 18, 2020, EMAIL PAYMENTS: DEFINTE PROOF FOR CONTRACT and Payment of 150.000.- (first only 100.000.- in the previous phone call with Dr. Winkler on March13th, 2019) to "buy" the -invalid per Settlement Agreement- POWER OF ATTORNEY for App 15: Lawyer Mag. Ficulovic, on behalf of Ms. Lambrecht, offered €150,000 upfront with the remainder contingent on a share valuation: “Our offer of 30 April 2019 clearly stated that your remuneration will be 5 % of the amount realized by you. …....... Further payments will be possible only after valuation of the shares.” The aforementioned sentences constitute proof of a valid contractual agreement and the continuous, uninterrupted validity of the offer, thereby establishing my right to monetary compensation contingent upon the valuation of the shares. To date, no valuation has been completed, nor has any subsequent payment been offered.
March 31, 2020: C-Wert Projektentwicklungs GmbH were officially transferred to Ms. Lambrecht, after prolonged negotiations between Dr. Winkler, Ms. Lambrecht, myself (as mediator), and Mr. Wurmbrand. The c-wert shares were transferred to Sappho 28 GmbH and Sappho 29 GmbH. These companies are, in turn, owned by PTMJM FLORIDA INVESTMENT PROPERTIES, LLC , an entity belonging to Ms. Lambrecht. This multi-layered structure raises questions about its legality and appears intended to bypass Austrian restrictions on foreign ownership of property.

Peter Huber's role, as described by Mr. Wurmbrand's attorney, Dr. Velik in an answer to Ms Lambrechts claim for Apa. 15 (full version): "The Defendant (=Mr.Wurmbrand) personally believes that, without Mr. Huber’s mediating intervention, the General Settlement Agreement would not have been reached, especially given Ms. Lambrecht’s pattern of making constantly shifting and inaccurate claims and demands— a pattern that is evident in these proceedings as well. (See, for example, the completely baseless assertion that she paid an additional EUR 1.2 million for the apartment). Mr. Huber made constructive efforts and facilitated communication between the parties to ultimately achieve the General Settlement Agreement. Regardless of the Plaintiff’s characterization, the Defendant (Mr. Wurmbrand in this case) unequivocally acknowledges that Mr. Huber contributed positively to the negotiation environment."
June 2020: I filed two lawsuits in Austria seeking approximately € 800,000 from Ms Lambrecht and € 940.800.- from the debtor c-Wert Projektentwicklungs GmbH (invoice issued via my company, AKTIV Inkasso). Dr. Winkler responded to the court, asserting (for the first time!!!) that I had no contractual agreement with Ms. Lambrecht and that any legal action should be pursued in the U.S., given her residence there.

10.11.2022 Sales Contract c-wert (Lambrecht)-RWG: The Sales Contract dated November 10, 2022, between Lambrecht (c-wert) and RWG Immobilienbesitz GmbH (FN 561849z) details the sale of the main Property, comprising 12 apartments and 13 parking lots (valued at €25,000 each in Vienna), for €3.4 million. After deducting the value of the parking lots (€325,000), the price attributed to the 1300 square meter property (the apartments) is €3,075,000, equating to approximately €2,365 per square meter (€3,075,000 / 1300 sqm). This represents a significant undervaluation compared to the prevailing market price of €4,800 to €6,800 per square meter in that area of Vienna.

By refusing to testify despite being requested, even by the Court of Appeal, in my case concerning the payment of debtor fees against C-Wert (Case #: GZ 059 CG 2 / 2022 t), I was most likely damaged in the amount of € 940,800.
14.02.2025 The hearing at the XV District Court: Honorable Judge Curly ordered mediation after Ms. Lambrecht made a poor impression by failing to explain why my assistance and involvement were unwanted. She aggressively stated that I had interfered. This was particularly notable after the Judge repeatedly asked her why she had sent me a very personal Christmas card expressing specific gratitude. The so-called "mediation" consisted primarily of Judge French questioning me about the details of the case for the first hour, following a brief introduction in which he mentioned his friendship with Judge Curly. I'm unsure of the significance of that statement. Subsequently, he attempted to dismiss my claims. I declined to provide any specific settlement figures, reiterating my belief, as stated in my previous letter, that the opposing party was not genuinely interested in settlement. After a 50-minute wait, he returned to inform me that the opposing party was awaiting the outcome of the summary judgment and would potentially revisit the matter afterward. The mediation concluded after two hours, leading me to request a refund for the unused time. I was then informed that the remaining time was for preparation, a fact that had not been disclosed in our prior email exchanges.
